Earlier that month, Trainor told PEOPLE that she and Sabara couldn’t wait for Riley to become a big brother. He made no secret that he wanted more children.

“I looked at my husband and said, ‘We’re so lucky,'” she said. “I am the best version of me. Each child will bring a new version of me that I think will be badass – so I need four, at least!”

After months of sharing information about his new book, the day has finally come for it to be released to the public. The singer explained in an Instagram post that the book is about her pregnancy and motherhood journey with Riley with plenty of TMI moments.

“It’s so TMI and hopefully makes all the pregnant warriors out there feel less alone,” she captioned her post.

In another Instagram post, she shared more information about the book’s release and what readers can expect.

“Being pregnant for the first time is so lonely, confusing and I wish I had a friend to go through it with,” the caption said. “So if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or have a friend or partner who is pregnant, let me be your friend and hold your hand through it all.”

Many of Trainor’s followers left comments about their excitement about the book.

“Man, I wish I had this book when I had my first child. Now I’m 36 years old with 7 kids (one set of twins) and all the things you name are the things I do the most. Think I’m going to get this book because I’m sure it’s going to be amazing!,” wrote one.

Another added, “Wish I had this before I got pregnant! 2 kids later, I’m done giving birth but I’ll probably still be reading this ?.”

“Teachers of TikTok and teachers of the world, I recently said, ‘Teacher F’ on the podcast, and it’s not how I feel,” he began his apology.

“I’m upset because we’re talking about how sending your child to school here in America is horrible, and what we all have to go through, especially the teachers is not normal and not good.”

Trainor recently shared a video on TikTok teasing a gender reveal ahead of her appearance on Clarkson’s show, and many of her followers took to the comments to remind her of the teacher conversation.
