The “Made You Look” singer, 29, recently shared a quick update on Instagram with a carousel of photos and captions explaining how her pregnancy is going so far.

“20 weeks pregnancy update:1. Crazy round ligament pain. Presenting #MadeYouLook on @australianidol tomorrow night3. Constipation bro ?? pray for me success? #20weekspregnant #roundligamentpain”

Many of the singer’s fans took to the comment section to give advice or tell what worked for them when they experienced similar symptoms during pregnancy.

“McDonald’s caramel frappe is the only thing that helps me poop? one a day prevents constipation,” wrote one fan. “Eat kiwi fruit ? at least twice a day. It should help your third issue,” advised another.

Some nurses also left some tips. “Prunes!! Been an L&D nurse for over 30 years. Swear by them. Eat a little every day. Wear a brace/support for round ligament pain. If you’ve previously had CS, it can be painful from stretching the scar tissue as well. Try to avoid lifting your toddler off the ground. Have him climb onto the sofa or chair and gather him at the waist lever. Less tension in the stomach. Carrying a small child during pregnancy puts more stress on your body,” wrote one nurse.

Another nurse added, “I’m an OB nurse, ask your doctor about taking magnesium for constipation! Everyone is usually deficient in magnesium and it does not harm the baby! Also check out kinesio tape for pregnancy, works better than belly bands!”

On TikTok, Trainor shared a photo of her baby’s ultrasound in a cute video with the caption, “When your baby is 20 weeks old a supermodel.”

Many of her followers commented that the baby already resembles her husband Daryl Sabara, 30. “Am I the only one who thinks the baby looks just like her husband?,” wrote one. Another added, “There is no common thought here. Baby def has daddy’s bone structure on his face. Congratulations and so beautiful ?.”

Another follower tried to guess if Trainor is having a girl or a boy by writing, “Give me that girl vibe too!! I can’t wait to hear what you experience♥️.”

Many of Trainor’s followers are also pregnant and sharing that in the comments. “Both of our children are the same age! I think I’m on the same path (age at least) ? Can’t wait for your book,” said one mama-to-be. Another added, “It’s not like I got pregnant at the same time as my idol ?.”

The “All About That Bass” singer shared the happy news of her second pregnancy in late January, after repeatedly saying she wanted four babies. Trainor and Sabara are already parents to son Riley, who just turned 2 last month. And now with baby number two on the way, the couple are almost halfway to their goal of four children.

Trainor recently told PEOPLE that they know the gender of their baby and are more prepared this time. “Everything is done. We know the gender. We know the name. We know his full name,” he said. “I have painted the room. I’m ready this time.”

Last time, Trainor wasn’t quite ready and didn’t have a set plan for her delivery. “I never had a game plan with Riley, and then he got hit at the end, so I had no choice,” he said. “But this one, I had a choice so far, or my doctor was like, ‘What do you think?’ and I was like, ‘I don’t know.”

Trainor has little time to decide whether she will attempt a vaginal birth this time or opt for another C-section. He said that he had been “tossing and turning” with the idea.

“My worst nightmare is that I push or I go into labor for two days in a row and then I have an emergency C-section. Both options are not fun,” he explained. “So I was going back and forth every day, but my doctor said, ‘We have time.’ And I was like, “Cool, cool, cool, cool.’”
