Mersheena Neenu was born on 8 December 1998 to Abdul Nassar and Sajida in Malappuram, Kerala. Since his childhood, he was very interested in the life of an actor and always wanted to be an actor. After completing her schooling from Cotton Hill Girls High School, Neenu devoted all her time in honing her passion and acting skills. Neenu is the sister of Rasna who is famous in Paarijatham.

Mersheena Neenu has always been passionate about acting since childhood. From a very young age, he started working in television commercials. Neenu made her acting debut with the Malayalam film Wound as Nidhi in 2014. She then appeared as Divya in the Tamil film Konjam Konjam produced by Betty CK and PRMohan under their company Mimosa Productions.
Then he wanted to try his hand in a television series and appeared brilliantly. In 2017, she appeared in the Malayalam television series Ayalathe Sundari.
