In an interview with Many people magazineJordan opens up about his fitness journey as he nears the end of his hiatus from the film industry.

The actor is taking a break after fulfilling his press commitments for the boxing thriller “Creed III,” the third installment in the Creed franchise.

For the role, Jordan has to look a certain way, which can only be achieved with a strict exercise regimen controlled by his personal trainer and other hired experts.

Without that commitment holding him back, the 36-year-old blazed his own path in the gym.

“At this point I know what works for me and what doesn’t, right now, it’s just about consistency,” Jordan told the publication.

He added, “After the film and the press tour, it was very stressful so I took a break. I’m at the end of my holiday now, so I’m getting ready to really get back into shape now.”

Jordan also mentioned that an important part of how he stays in shape is “eating consistently.”

“Eating consistently is something that I find really helps change your body. Dieting, intermittent fasting, there are different approaches,” said the actor.
