“Matthew and I have spent many years together. He was a hockey player, a good hockey player, and we played hockey together,” said the Hollywood Walk of Fame honoree. ET before recalling how Perry had significantly increased his base in his early days. Speaking of the deceased’s generosity, the retired actor said:

“I hope this is not frivolous… but when they first make their big sales [on their Friends contracts] and become millionaires for the rest of their lives, He writes a big fat check to the foundation. We were really early and trying to find our feet. And it’s a vote of confidence.”

Aside from the generous donation being a milestone in the history of the Michael J.
