Michelle’s latest stop on her vacation took her to Italy, as evidenced by pictures of her enjoying a day at sea with her celebrity pals.
The adventure begins with Michelle disembarking from a 357-foot superyacht reportedly owned by Steven Spielberg. This luxury ship has two swimming pools, a movie theater and a helipad.

He was accompanied by actor Tom Hanks, his wife, Rita Wilson, famous director Spielberg himself, and his partner Kate Capshaw.
The group then switched to a smaller boat, which took them further out into the waters for snorkeling. Before reaching their chosen destination, they engage in lively conversation and capture moments with their phones against the backdrop of stunning scenery.
Later, some members of the group took off their clothes to soak in the water, while others basked in the sun.

Before seeing Italy, Michelle was seen in two of the most beautiful cities in Spain: Mallorca and Madrid.
Her friends, former US Ambassador to Spain James Costos and her husband Michael Smith, accompanied her. Upon his arrival, the three of them had their first meal at Flanigan’s restaurant in Puerto Portals.
After that, they enjoyed a beautiful cruise on the elegant yacht Falcao Uno before leaving for Finca Xarbet, the beautiful residence of Costos and Smith.
They dined on the roof of Hotel Sant Francesc and Restaurant El Camino in Palma the next day. Michelle also visited the newly opened Royal Collection Gallery and La Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid during her visit to Spain.

Away from Michelle’s vacation, rumors have spread that she could be nominated to become the Democratic presidential candidate to replace Joe Biden.
It comes after Senator Ted Cruz suggested on his podcast, “Verdict with Ted Cruz,” that some Democrats worried about President Biden’s mental acuity might consider promoting Michelle Obama as an alternative candidate for the 2024 election.
“So here’s the scenario that I think is probably the most likely and the most dangerous,” Cruz said, per Obviously Politicsbefore adding that a decision would most likely be made during the August 2024 DNC convention in Chicago—Obama’s hometown.
He continued, “In August 2024, the Democratic kingmakers dump Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle Obama. Look at this as a great danger.”
Cruz explained why Michelle is a good fit for the job, though he also admitted that the former first lady isn’t particularly enthusiastic about returning to the White House.

He is scheduled to speak to attendees about “overcoming self-doubt while discussing the importance of inclusion and diversity.”
Organizers claim they “stopped at nothing to get him” and that his speaking fee was among the “highest they’ve ever paid.”
