Miley Cyrus Granted 3-Year Restraining Order Against Obsessed Fan

Miley Cyrus can now breathe a sigh of relief after a court ordered fanatical fans to stay away from her and her property.

As we reported, the singer filed a restraining order against the allegedly “violent” fan last month, claiming he showed up at her home and tried to open the front gate.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, during a hearing on October 16, Cyrus was granted her request for a restraining order to keep this person away.

“After reviewing the motion papers, and after considering the evidence presented by (Miley’s attorney), the Court rules as follows… (Miley’s) request for a civil nuisance restraining order is granted. The Court finds that (she) has sustained the burden of proof.”

As a result, Cyrus’ stalker was issued a restraining order for “a period of three (3) years, and it will expire on October 16, 2026.

The Blast announced that the “Flowers” singer filed for a restraining order after the male stalker showed up at her Los Angeles home and tried to access her home. Fortunately, he was stopped by his security team, who called the LAPD to remove him from the premises. The fan, however, was not accepted because he did not successfully trespass on the singer’s property.

After the incident, a background check was conducted on the individual, revealing a long and violent criminal history. He was accused of arson, burglary, and carjacking, among other charges. Shockingly, the man was recently released from California’s San Quintin State Prison.

Fortunately, the court system recognizes the issue and intervenes.

Miley Slammed ‘Disrespectful’ By Sister Noah Cyrus

While the “Wrecking Ball” singer has achieved greatness in her legal battle against her stalker, the same cannot be said for her relationship with her sister.

A few days ago, the Disney alum was called out by her sister, Noah Cyrus, for being “disrespectful” during an interview with Joe Rogan. Coincidentally, a clip from Miley’s appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience” resurfaced on TikTok, and Noah was hooked.

In a 2020 interview, Rogan asked Miley about Noah growing up in the shadow of “Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana” and how it affected the now 23-year-old’s career. “You either go one way or the other,” Miley replied, noting that her sister “wanted” a life in the spotlight.

He then talked about Noah’s new record at the time, “The End of Everything,” calling it “the saddest EP you’ll ever hear.” Miley then added, “She’s 20 years old. He’s emo. He’s, like, an emo boy.”

The “Hannah Montana” alum went on to share her concerns about Noah’s state of mind and beliefs about her, saying, “He [Noah] has a song where he says, ‘My sister is like sunshine / It follows her wherever she goes / But I’m more like a rain cloud.’ You know, it’s like, he really got this idea about me.

When Rogan interjected, suggesting Noah visit the doctor, Miley replied, “He is. We all go to the doctor a lot. He takes care of it. But he’s only 20, so I’m worried about him.”

The interview didn’t sit well with the “July” singer, who went on to write in the comments of the TikTok clip, “no disrespect in this video…”

It’s not news that Noah has been open about his struggles with substance abuse, describing his addiction as “a dark hole, a bottomless pit.” She has also been vocal about the difficulties of growing up in a famous family.

“I had a really hard time being part of a civilian family, and I struggled a little bit with that because it wasn’t my first choice,” he said in an interview. “I have a hard time with people coming up to me and saying, ‘Are you Miley Cyrus’ sister?’ or ‘Are you Hannah Montana’s little sister?’ I didn’t like that, and it robbed me of my own identity for a long time.”
