A fan account documenting her every move has posted a 2019 photo of the blonde enjoying a refreshing workout at home, and it’s complete with a selfie that shows off a bit of thigh gap. Miley posed in a black spandex two-piece as she flaunted her towering body for the cameras, but the shot also showed how she’s achieved a toned silhouette. See the photos below.

Rocking Nike with her shorts, the Gucci ambassador upped the ante with her Calvin Klein top, once again drawing attention to her shredded stomach and toned legs.

Not Just ‘A Couple Of Moves’
Miley puts her all into her sweat sessions, and her trainer has confirmed it.
“When we exercise, we don’t just do a few moves,” says Pilates instructor Mari Winsor Many people. “It’s at least half an hour to exercise… You have to learn how not to tighten your stomach but actually pull your stomach into your lower back as much as you can,” he added.
