While discussing meeting and being friends with Carey, the “Stranger Things” actress told Fallon, “We texted today. Oh yeah. He called me today!” Brown explained that the two met after Carey’s son Morocco carved his character’s pumpkin in “Stranger Things” in 2019. After seeing the pumpkin, he knew they had to meet. “Oh, I have to meet his son and strike a pose and make him think I’m have superpowers,” she said. “And we met and then obviously I met Mariah and oh, we connected.”
He went on to explain that they connected because they both grew up in the spotlight, among other things. “He grew up in the public eye. We’ve connected on so many different levels but also, I love the way she lives her life with so much power, and she has so much knowledge and she’s so smart,” Brown said. “And she’s just been an incredible guiding light for me. “
Brown also discussed having dinner at Carey’s house and the fact that she sometimes just breaks into songs. “It’s a real thing. He did it when we were eating Chinese food,” he said. And when Fallon asked if the two had ever sung together, he replied, “We’ve sung together, like in his studio, sung together.” Fallon then excitedly asked if there was any possibility of a collaboration. “Potential…I mean, he’s always up to something. She is like the busiest woman ever,” replied the actress.

Millie Bobby Brown Helps Mariah Carey Reenact Iconic Music Video Scene
Last month, Carey’s social media followers got to see the two friends together in a video celebrating the 25th anniversary of the music video for Carey’s hit song “Honey.” Along with Carey and Brown, Carey’s twins Morocco and Monroe, 11, Carey’s boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, and Brown’s boyfriend Jake Bongiovi are also seen in the video reenactment of iconic scenes from the original music video.

Brown reprises her role in “Enola Holmes” for a second season as Sherlock Holmes’ younger sister who takes on her first detective case to find a missing girl. He is also a publisher. “It’s very funny, it’s very good, it’s well written, it’s charming,” Fallon said. “So now you’re back with two, ‘Enola Holmes 2.’”
Brown explained that this is something he has wanted to do for a long time. “This is something I’ve wanted to do since I was little,” he said. “My sister and I have worked together on this project and made sure it was revealed in the most authentic and British way possible. I never grew up having a British female lead to look up to and Enola was for me and it was an amazing experience creating it.”
The New York City premiere for the hit show’s second season recently took place, and Carey and her twins were on hand to support Brown.
The second season of “Enola Holmes” premieres on Netflix on November 4.
