The star of the VH1 series shared the harrowing story with her manager, Chris Giovanni, revealing she nearly died in mid-September of what she described as a “bad batch” of drugs. The entertainer did not reveal the name of the substance but said he got the product from a dealer.
It is unclear how Graziano survived the near-death experience as he did not share further details about the incident. The media personality’s brief recollection of what happened may be due to the time limit he had to talk to Giovanni from the rehab center.

A year after this rehab experience, the reality TV star returned to another facility. Regarding the near-fatal overdose, the entertainer’s manager stated that there is no ongoing investigation into the incident because Graziano did not notify the authorities about it.

Four years before her overdose crisis, The Blast reported that the “Mob Wives” star shocked many by standing in Harvey Weinstein’s corner amid his sexual abuse scandal. In 2019, Graziano stated that the disgraced producer may have done bad things to others but was good to him.
The TV personality addressed the matter during an appearance on “The Domenick Nati Show.” The mother of one stated, “Harvey Weinstein was just a gentleman to me;” however, he also acknowledged the seriousness of the allegations against the 71-year-old man.
While noting the victims’ narratives suggest that something sinister may have happened between them and Weinstein, Graziano is unable to understand the perspective of some of these women. “If it happened, why come back a second time?” the media personality wondered about those who had more than one meeting with the TV producer, adding:

The reality TV star insists victims should have physically defended themselves, scolding them for not breaking their abusers’ “knees”. Additionally, the VH1 alum criticized the #MeToo movement, which gained global recognition amid the Weinstein drama.
Multiple women have come forward to share their personal stories of alleged abuse and harassment at the hands of now-convicted sex offenders, making the #MeToo movement their cry for justice. Although many sympathized with these victims, Graziano could not relate to their struggle.
The entertainer admitted that he had never experienced any form of harassment or sexual abuse. Although he claimed his “loud voice” would not allow undue attention from others, the 55-year-old also thanked his late father’s famous background for protecting him.
