The New York Times Bestselling author shared a new post to Instagram, which left her fans speechless. Lauren Drain can be seen wearing a tie-dyed thong and matching crop top, paired with white thigh-high boots. She squats as she poses with her legs spread, looking seductively into the camera.
“WOW photo! Are we still loving this?,” she asked in her caption before adding, “PS 115 degrees in Vegas where I live now Ooooo Weeee! ?.”

Lauren Drain To Be A Fitness Model

Lauren Drain never thought she would become a “fitness model” – in fact, she admits it was never her intention.
“About three years ago, I let the fall and holidays get the best of me. I wasn’t happy with what I saw in the mirror and I felt worse, so I decided to make a change for the better,” he admitted. “I finished my first Paleo challenge with motivating results that led me to research aesthetic competition shows (many YouTubers ask). Finally, I decided to bite the bullet and sign up for my first bikini show. I got a trainer and trained my butt for 14 weeks in a row before I stepped on stage, and it was far from easy.”
At the time, Lauren Drain said she was working 13-hour night shifts at one hospital, and per diems at another hospital because she had to cover the cost of performing and coaching. Despite this, due to her hard work and determination, she ended up placing 9th out of 30+ contestants.
“From that point of view, I’m thirsty for a pro card,” he admitted. “Next week, I enter a show in Canada (six hours away) in two parts. My husband picked me up from work after his night shift the day before the show and drove to Canada while I, still in my scrubs, slept in the back seat. He sent me to the athlete meeting with minutes to spare. I got 3rd in Bikini and 5th in Fitness – but no pro card. After training for six shows in 12 months, while still working nights, I won my 5th show and earned my pro card.”
