On Monday afternoon, the “Anna” actress took to Instagram to share a cute photo of her smiling for the camera with her long hair tied back in a ponytail behind her. Jeff closed his eyes as he kissed her cheek and took a selfie.
“I often describe the midlife dating pool as a muddy puddle. So has it changed? Nope. It must be a dirty little puddle. So, how did I get lucky? It’s all in numbers!” Paulina wrote in the caption. “My single girlfriend told me this a while back when I first started splurging on her. ‘You just set date after date, don’t invest too much in the first date- and do as much as you have time for.’”
“This is what I did. I’ve dated about forty or so in the last three years,” he admits, before adding, “It turns out it’s really in numbers. By the time you reach a fairly mature age, the dating pool consists mostly of divorcees, those who aren’t really permanently available and a few widows and widowers. People who don’t have relationship problems are happily married or in long-term relationships!”
