Shannon recently shared a “retro marketing spoof” clip on her Instagram page and her fans seem to be loving the blast from the past!
“Thank you, Samsung, for reuniting me with my good friend @Real_TimMeadows…I love recreating the 90s in this fun retro marketing scam. Can’t wait for you to see the extended version with @SamsungUS – and see how their TV enhances ALL your favorite memories. #UnboxandDiscover What do you love most about the 90s?” he captioned a rough clip of the pretend show.
The clip aims to take fans on a journey back in time to a different era of television and get consumers excited for something new from Samsung that has yet to be revealed.

Immediately after sharing the clip, the comments section exploded with fans reminiscing about the 90s era. The hoax obviously gets people excited to talk about the good old days.

Some even talked about how they wished the show was real, because it was something they loved watching!

Meadows wanted a piece of ’90s action and took to the clip’s comments to share his thoughts.
“I forgot how much I love those sunglasses. I totally take that look back,” he wrote.

“Best in the House” stars Shannon as “Nikki” and Meadows as “Rafael.” Scenes in the crowd-pleasing short clip highlight the 90s style – from the clothes, activities, to the catchy theme song.
Many people left comments saying they would watch this if it was a real show, and how much they loved the 90s vibe.

Molly Shannon Joins ‘Just Murder In The Building’ Season 4

It was recently revealed that Shannon will play a high-powered LA businesswoman on Hulu’s hit show, “Only Murders in the Building” in season 4. The comedy series stars Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez.
And even though “Best in the House” isn’t a reality show, Shannon is no stranger to comedy. Shannon spent six seasons on the wildly popular “Saturday Night Live” and has created several famous characters while on the show. Before joining “SNL”, he appeared at The Up Front Comedy Theater in Los Angeles on “The Rob and Molly Show” with Rob Muir.
Since then, he has built an impressive career for himself with credits in “Superstar,” “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby,” “Evan Almighty,” “A Night at the Roxbury,” “Never Been Kissed,” ” Divorce,” “Wet Hot American Summer” and more.
Tim Meadows Reprises His Iconic ‘Mean Girls’ Role In New Movie Musical

Meadows, along with another “SNL” alum, Tina Fey, both reprise their iconic “Mean Girls” roles in the new musical.
Fey recently told PEOPLE that they both agreed to reprise their roles as Ms. Norbury and Principal Duvall as long as they didn’t have to sing in the musical.
“I reprized my role as Miss Norbury because we thought, well, teachers work long hours. So it might make sense if Tim and I did it. So I called Tim and I was like, ‘Are you going to do it? I’ll do it if you do.’ And we said yes, as long as we didn’t have to sing,” he said.
“It’s been fun. It’s great to see Tim. One of us has aged – the other one is Tim Meadows. But it’s really good to be working with Tim again.”
Meadows also recently appeared with comedians Matt Walsh, Brad Morris and Joe Canale to headline a one-night-only improv show at Dad’s Garage Theater in Atlanta, Georgia.
