The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) banned Anton from managing the company until 2027, while his ex-wife, Melinda Wilson, was disqualified for five years, with debts totaling $39 million. Moraya Wilson also faces allegations of being a director of 10 companies with thousands of dollars in tax payments outstanding on September 2, 2023, just one day after winning the Australian crown in Melbourne; however, he denied any knowledge or involvement in this business. A Change.org petition urging her to withdraw from the Miss Universe 2023 pageant garnered 472 signatures out of her intended goal of 500. The petition stated,
