‘Stranger Things’ And More Struggle

The strike promises to shut down some of the biggest shows on TV right now, and we’re slowly but surely getting there. It has been announced that Stranger Thing’s The final season has been delayed, according to the Duffer Brothers.
Although they had the opportunity to allow the show to film without writers on set, they were not upset about it and stood in solidarity with the writers who have made their show successful for five seasons.
“Writing doesn’t stop when filming starts,” a statement from the Duffer Brothers’ social media pages read. “While we are excited to begin production with our amazing cast and crew, it is impossible during this strike. We hope a fair deal is reached soon so we can all get back to work. Until then – repeat. #wgastrong.”
Deadline confirmed that the show was supposed to start production soon, but now, not anymore. The final season should begin airing in August. Will that happen now?
