My favorite leader is Lal Bhadur Shastri who was the 2nd prime minister of our country in 1964. The life we lead during our childhood plays a very important role in how it will turn out in the future. Lal Bahadur Shastri was born in a simple family. His parents are Ramdulari Devi and Sharada Prasad Srivastava.
He was born on the second of October 1904 in Mughalsarai. Shastri Ji lost his father at a very young age after which the family moved to Varanasi to live with his grandfather. While Shastri Ji studied in school, he developed a spirit of patriotism. He is married to Lalita Devi from Mirzapur and has 6 children namely 2 girls and 4 boys.
He is not just the prime minister but before that, he was also the rail minister, the transport minister, the affairs minister, and even the police minister. This means that our second prime minister is full of knowledge and experience that a great leader needs to run a big country like India.
