His father, Captain Sushil Bhan, is an employee of the Senior Faculty at the Maritime Training Institute FOSMA Delhi India at the Maritime Institute & Research Organization Fosma Kolkata. Her mother, Sharika Kaul Bhan is an Entrepreneur and Craft Advocate. He has a sister named Mira Bhan.

Career
As a Trainee
In 2011, he did a summer internship at NDTV Goodtimes in New Delhi, during his undergraduate program, where he helped in creating promotional ads for NDTV shows like ‘Heavy Petting’ and ‘Fat Man & His 13 Brides.’ He was also featured in an ad for Heavy Petting. In 2013, he worked as an editorial intern for five months at the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) in New Delhi. He worked there with the Department of Heritage Education & Communication in developing informative and interactive study materials based on Indian heritage and culture for school and college students.
As an Assistant Stylist
In December 2013, Naina Bhan joined ELLE Decor as a stylist’s assistant, where she handled logistics, operations and research for shoots. He also produced two editorials for the January 2014 and February 2014 issues. He also worked there for India’s largest Interior Design Exhibition ‘Design India 2014.’
As a Content Producer
He joined Times Internet Ltd in April 2019 as a content producer and worked there for four months. He was there conceptualizing and directing fashion and lifestyle content for Times Internet’s various digital verticals such as Mensxp, Mensxp Shop and Mud.
As a Talent Manager
In February 2019, he got a part-time job as a talent manager at talent agency ‘A Little Fly.’ He worked there for almost a year.
As a Creative Publisher
He joined the multidisciplinary creative company ‘Propaganda’ in August 2019 and worked there as a full-time creative producer for almost one and a half years. He has responsibility for building brand strategy, customer service, account management and production there.
