In 2015, he gained recognition for playing the roles of Kotiyappa and Gundu Mava in the Kannada television comedy show Majaa Talkies on Colors Kannada.

Navin Padil , born on Tuesday, 11 November 1969 (age 53 years; in 2022) in Padil, Mangalore, Karnataka, India. His zodiac sign is Scorpio. Naveen completed his schooling at Karmar school in Padil. Naveen comes from a poor family, and his mother used to work as a maid. After completing his schooling, Naveen started working as a mason and as a supplier in a hotel to cover the daily household expenses. Besides, he drove an auto rickshaw at night for one and a half years to help his family financially.

Theater Artist

During his school days, Naveen was selected at a youth drama center as a child artist, run by a dramatist, Mohiudin Abbas. He performed with several Tulu drama clubs like Kala Sangama, Lakumi, and Chaparka. Naveen participated and enthusiastically performed in various plays and theater productions such as “Dever Dee Leka Apundu,” “Nikulu Matherla Ulleratha,” “Yaanori Baroliya,” “Ardha Nidre,” “Initha Avaste,” “Onji Nimisha,” “ Telikeda Barsolu,” “Oriyardori Asal,” and “Orion Toonda Oriyagapuji.”
