The Everwood the actor died on May 30 at the age of 79. He appeared in over 20 recent TV shows Honorable, The Mandalorians, Residentsand Treme. He also appeared in nearly 30 films incl spell, The Purge: Anarchy, Daddy’s Daughterand Walking Tall.
Beasley’s son Tyrone spoke to him Hollywood Reporter that his father was in the process of undergoing a liver test when he died suddenly. The actor breathed his last at a hospital in his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
Beasley began his career in the early 90s and appeared in favorites such as Mighty Duck, Crazy in Alabama, Princess General, and the original Lighter also!

Beasley’s other son Mike shared his father’s tribute as well. “Man…you know this is part of life…but that doesn’t make it any easier,” he wrote on Facebook. “I lost my best friend today. They say you’re never supposed to meet your heroes because they’re not what you think they are. That is very wrong.”
“My hero is my father. Thanks for everything. I hope I made you proud. Love you more,” he ended the message of his heart. Not only does Beasley have an active career, he also has an active home life.

John Beasley Has Been Married For Five Decades

Beasley has been married to his wife, Judy for 58 years. The two share six grandchildren including NBA star Malik Beasley. The NBA star was drafted in 2008 after playing one year of college ball at Kansas State University.
During his NBA career, he started with the Miami Heat, moved to the Minnesota Timberwolves, then the Phoenix Suns, before returning to Miami then going overseas to play in China for the Shanghai Sharks. The NBA star shared a heartfelt message about his grandfather.

I can’t believe this day has come, I truly thought you were unbeatable and you still are ? you taught me my first golf lesson, you taught me how to handle the big lights and be successful.. grandpa damn i want to see you this summer .. this is hard for me man.. John Beasley Was Also A Broadway Star

The TV and film actor is also a stage actor. Most recently, he was in a musical adaptation Notebook. Ahead of Chicago’s opening night, Beasley talked about the role. Playing an older Noah “may be the role of my life.”
However, he did not downplay his other successes. “To be a working artist is the highest calling, and I appreciate wherever it takes me,” he told American theater. “If I’d never been on Broadway, I’d still feel like I’d have a pretty successful career.” He continued. “I’ve paid my dues, and I know that. The foundation has been set.”
Beasley also founded his own theater in his hometown of Omaha in 2002 to give back to the community that has always supported him.
