The singer lost a lot in this divorce, maybe not a lot to him but when you pay your ex-wife $1.6 million to walk away, we’d say, that’s a lot. The “Miss Independent” singer also had to pay $20,000 for Crystal’s moving expenses because the house she was occupying, was not the house she lived in.
In fact, it looks like Crystal will be moving into one of the four homes the couple previously owned in Atlanta, Georgia. This was good because they shared three children together and it was not a good look for him not to provide a home for the children even if it meant putting them down for some time.

But by August of that year, she revealed the baby thing and here we are today, Ne-Yo spending the cash and Crystal going about her business. What matters, in this case, is the couple’s three children, Shaffer Jr., 6, Roman, 4, and Isabella, 1.
Ne-Yo’s other children from previous relationships are Madilyn, 12, and Mason, 11, with Monyetta Shaw who recently became “friends” on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
