The court has yet to rule on the matter. Nevertheless, it seems inevitable that the feud between the former couple will only get worse because of their separate requests to the court.
As mentioned Online Radar, Crystal sought primary custody of the three children she has with Ne-Yo, Shaffer Smith Jr., Roman Smith, and Isabella Smith when she filed for divorce last month. He demanded spousal alimony.
In response to his request, Ne-Yo told the court that he is willing to pay child support for his children as long as possible. However, he argued not to grant exclusive custody to Crystal and asked the court to grant joint custody.
The musician stated he wanted to use their marital home in Georgia and opposed the idea of paying Crystal spousal support.
