Neha Anand initially worked as a commercial pilot for a short period. He, however, later moved into the entertainment industry by joining Yash Raj Films, a leading film production and distribution company, where he worked in the production department.

While at Yash Raj Films, Neha received suggestions from colleagues to explore opportunities in the film industry, and some even encouraged her to consider modelling. Eventually, Neha decided to step down from her role in the production company and enter the modeling industry. She walked the ramp for various brands and participated in events, including the 2016 ILPA Fashion Show.
