He attended Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, Chandimandir, Panchkula, Haryana. After that, he attended Panjab University, Chandigarh from where he obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA). He belongs to a conservative family. She won her first show, Bani – Ishq Da Kalma, auditioning in Chandigarh. After that, the production team asked her to fly to Mumbai to do a look test with makeup and costumes. However, his parents refused to send him alone. It was only after the production team booked tickets for Bagga and his brother that his parents allowed him to visit Mumbai. In 2013, he made his TV debut with the Hindi show Bani: Ishq Da Kalma on Colors TV where he played the role of Rajji Soham Singh Bhullar. The show depicts the heart-wrenching story of young Punjabi girls who are lured into NRI marriages and are soon abandoned by their husbands.
In 2014, she appeared in an episode based on domestic violence in crime show Savdhaan India – India Fights Back on Life OK. From 2015 to 2016, he starred in the Hindi TV show Piya Rangrezz on Life OK where he played the role of Munmun Singh.

Amid the Covid-19 shutdown in 2020, when show business came to a standstill, she took a break from TV and started making reels with her boyfriend Resty Kamboj, which gained huge popularity. Eventually, he started posting travel and lifestyle vlogs on his self-titled YouTube channel. She also established an Instagram page titled Travel with Resty Neha and a YouTube channel titled Restynehavlogs with her boyfriend, Resty Kamboj. Talking about the same, in an interview, he said,
