Neha Rana made her acting debut with the Hindi television series “Ishk Par Zor Nahi” in 2021, where she played the role of Rhea Mehta.

Her performance in a negative role as Anurita in the television serial “Choti Sarrdaarni” (2021) on Colors won immense appreciation from the audience. In 2022, she played a supporting role in the television series “Banni Chow Home Delivery” on Star Plus, which she later left for the lead role. In 2023, he did his first lead role in the television series “Junooniyat” where he played the role of an aspiring singer named Elahi.
