According to court documents obtained by TMZthe former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is being sued for allegedly falling behind on rent payments for the flagship location of her Swagg boutique.
The legal complaint, filed by his former landlord at his Sugarloaf Mills store location, alleges that the celebrity entrepreneur owes $22,900 in unpaid rent before he vacates the premises in January 2022. His former landlord said that he first signed a lease in 2017 and extended it for another year in 2021 but did not pay the balance due under the lease.
According to the news channel, the landlord contacted him last month for him to resolve the issue, but he reportedly did not respect it. The landlord is now suing him for damages to cover the rent and legal fees incurred.

Bryant was arrested earlier last month and is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail on a $6,100 bond. He faces multiple charges, including violation of probation in two cases, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, loitering/prowling, and giving a false name, address, or date of birth.
“I spoke to him on the phone, I think he’s fine,” he said of his welfare before revealing that he had a problem with drugs and was arrested after police found “a small plastic bag containing a white powdery substance.”

“He needs rehab,” he admitted. “He needs a lot of counseling. Like many families out there, I have family members who struggle with certain drugs and addictions. He has an addiction. He had struggled with it for years. He’s been in rehab for a few times, and he’s still coming back out and relapsing.”
He went on to state that there was nothing he could do in the phase of his struggle with addiction until he decided to make a decision on his own and make a change first.

In the caption, she wrote, “Happy Birthday Gregg Heaven! Today you’re going out to eat your favorite foods! French fries and chicken tenders, I love you for that.”
