Harvard researchers revealed that they have uncovered the so-called secret of the fountain of youth in humans in the form of a chemical cocktail.

The magic pill of the fountain of youth is not ready yet but the special mixture is known and is now in the process of being put into the pill. researcher David Sinclair shared the findings in the July issue of the medical journal Aging.
He also took to Twitter to announce the journal and what its findings entailed.
“Thank you for sharing our latest publication: We have previously shown that age reversal is possible using gene therapy to turn on embryonic genes. Now we show it can be done with a cocktail of chemicals, a step toward affordable whole-body rejuvenation 1/17.”
The series of 17 tweets further elaborated on the process. It got the attention of Elon Musk who wanted more details as well.
“A new approach to age reversal @elonmusk: Life is information. When damaged, we age & die. Found a backup copy (refer to Shannon). With genes & chemicals, we reboot the body. Works on monkeys to restore sight. The next human,” he wrote.

Harvard Researchers Fight Denial

Sinclair suffered a bit of backlash as people tried to debunk what he claimed to have perfected. Doctors clapped hands for some answers and explained that this was decades of work in the making.
“A reminder that we cannot reverse aging. The cells may be rejuvenated. But cancer cells are immortal cells, so more research is needed to develop safe therapies. Age biomarkers can be improved, for example by lifestyle, but being healthier does not mean age reversal,” wrote one follower.
Sinclair wrote back, “Respect @jpsenescence but disagree. Our team reprograms & rejuvenates tissue like the eye without becoming cancerous. Saying age reversal can’t be done is like saying humans can’t fly, they just go into a metal tube & leave the ground for 16 hours ?.”
Three Difficult Years

Although Sinclair has been working on it for a long time, the last three years have been the most important. He tweeted, “For over three years, the @harvardmed team has worked countless hours searching for molecules that, in combination, reverse cellular aging & rejuvenate old human cells ? C1-6 is a cocktail under vs age 2/17.”
He explained how everything works. “For starters, @JaeHyun_Yang @ChrisPetty314 and Thomas_dixon-McDougall who led the team developed a high-throughput cell-based assay to distinguish young from old and senile cells, including a transcription-based aging clock and a real-time nucleocytoplasmic compartment (NCC) assay, that worked well. on 3/17.”

The scientist wrote, “The team identified six chemical cocktails (and more now) that restored the NCC transcriptional profile and genome to a youthful state and reversed the transcriptional age in less than a week 17/4.”
He shared that they discovered a secret in the Yamanaka gene that “can convert adult cells into induced pluripotent stem cells.” AKA the youth gene. He explained again.
“Our lab and collaborators including Bruce Ksander @MassEyeAndEar and @YuanchengLu have previously shown that it is indeed possible to reverse cellular aging and restore youthful function to tissues in vivo, without uncontrolled cell growth by virally introducing a subset of the Yamanaka gene into cells, Oct 4 , Sox2 and Klf4. This appears to be very safe for animals 7/17.”
According to the doctor, human trials are starting soon and he admitted to a follower who wants an injection, a pill in any form that comes ASAP that they are far from perfecting it, they are actively working on it.
“The first human trial is scheduled to start late next year if all goes well ?.”
