On Thursday, Foxx shared a photo of himself dressed in a black suit and strapped to the side of a Formula One car for his collaboration with BetMGM, a sports betting company affiliated with MGM Resorts.
The actor is reportedly in Las Vegas to work on a new campaign for the company and will also star in commercials for them during the football season.
Foxx captioned the photo, “Thanks for my @betmgm family and some great nights in Vegas. We’ve got BIG things coming soon,” along with his signature fox emoji.
Fans Claim New Photos ‘Fake’ & ‘AI Generated’

After Foxx shared her new photo online, several fans took to the comments section with conspiracy theories about the actor’s image and well-being.
One fan wrote, “Probably an AI generated picture of Jamie Foxx. I don’t know what to believe,” to which another replied, “My thoughts are correct! Until I heard him speak I didn’t believe it.”
The second fan said, “Bro…. you almost died and reappeared without a word to tell us you appreciated our prayers. This gives ai Jamie and no one is home.”
Others mentioned the fact that the actor has hair in the photo, while in a recent video of him out in public, Foxx appears to have a bald head.

“How is this a new picture when in the latest fake sighting he has a bald head? I’m a real Foxx fan but all this fake stuff makes me sad. Jaime has such a polarizing image and ego that if he was cool, he would just make a video clip and say that,” one fan said.
They continued, “All these 1 to 5 second fake videos taken on 1 mega pixel phones are insulting. Jamie is in really bad shape but I believe his work in comedy, movies and music is enough that his fans will see him through anything. His camp instead needs to wipe him out with fake news and misdirection.”

On July 9, Foxx was seen in a video obtained by TMZ enjoy the boat cruise. The actor can be seen smiling and waving at a neighboring vessel sailing past his ship.
He wore a black T-shirt and a pair of dark colored ones to match.
Following the incident, Foxx took to his Twitter account for the first time since being hospitalized to share a tweet that seemed to refer to his cruise sightings.
In the tweet, he said, “Bot life [Fox emoji] Celebrating summer with @brownsugarbbn. Always blessed.”
He Was Reportedly Partying At His Rehab Facility

According to a report by People magazine, Foxx is in a celebratory mood thanks to his recovery. The actor allegedly threw a party at his medical facility in Chicago to celebrate the fact that he is getting better.
A source also told the news outlet that even if Foxx is back out in public, he will still continue as an “outpatient.” This is to ensure proper recovery.
The actor has been spotted at other locations recently. In a video shot by a fan, Foxx is seen returning the woman’s missing handbag. In the video’s caption, the fan wrote that Foxx said he was “feeling good.”
