A new video appears to undermine Rep.’s claims. Colorado’s Lauren Boebert that a “thick fog machine” is to blame for the fumes that got her booted from a “Beetlejuice” performance — with the footage apparently showing her taking a hit from a vape pen.
The Colorado GOP congressman was spotted letting loose at a Sunday night show at Denver’s Buell Theater — with her Democratic date even appearing to caress her breasts, according to 9News, which obtained the footage.
Tellingly, it also seems to clearly show him bringing an electronic cigarette to his lips and blowing out a puff of smoke, though he denies that he’s vaping.
It also showed him confronting a pregnant woman sitting behind him, who has since said she asked the famous politician to stop vaping – only to be called a “sad and miserable person.”
Boebert was also seen snapping pictures with his phone and alone raising his arms to dance.

At one point, Boebert’s date — Democratic Aspen bar owner Quinn Gallagher, 46 — was seen caressing the congresswoman and mother of four’s right breast, with him holding her hand and keeping it there, 9News said.
The 36-year-old Republican was eventually fired from the show for his disturbing antics, which were said to have drawn complaints from many viewers. Boebert is seen on video flipping theater staff as she and her boyfriend are being escorted out.
During his removal, Boebert was quoted as allegedly telling the usher, “‘Do you know who I am,’ ‘I’m on the board’ (and) ‘I’m going to call the mayor,'” according to the incident report.
Boerbert’s office has denied he vaped, telling The Post on Wednesday that there was “a misunderstanding from someone sitting near him” who was unaware of the “thick fog machine and electronic cigarette used during the game.”
However, the pregnant woman who complained about Boebert described him and his dates as “outrageous” to the Denver Post.
“I’ve never seen anyone act like that before,” said the Denver local, who was not identified.
The mother-to-be told the newspaper that she initially didn’t know the audience member was smoking and posing as a member of Congress.
The woman claims that Boebert recorded several long videos with her phone during the performance, was kissing her boyfriend, and singing loudly with her hands waving in the air, as seen on CCTV video.
During a break, the woman asked a member of staff if she and her husband could move seats. He said he was told, “You’re not the first complaint we’ve had.”
When the woman returned to her seat behind Boebert, the congressman allegedly called her a “sad, miserable woman,” she said.
“The man with her offered to buy me and my husband cocktails. I’m pregnant!” she told the local press.
Boebert hinted at being fired from the show in a tongue-in-cheek tweet, writing: “It’s true, I really enjoyed Beetlejuice AMAZING at the Buell Theater and I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud! Everyone should go see it if you get a chance this week and please let me know how it ends!”
Boebert’s campaign manager, Drew Sexton, confirmed that the congressman, who is running for re-election in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, was fired from the musical but denied that he had vaped.
“I can confirm an amazing and disgusting rumor: in her private time, congresswoman Lauren Boebert is definitely a supporter of the performing arts (gasp!),” Sexton said, adding that Boebert “admittedly was singing along, laughing and having fun.”
