The statement is shared via image format with no credit to the writer, who may or may not be the actor. The note read, “Tips for mental health.. learn to distinguish who deserves an explanation, who deserves an answer, and who doesn’t deserve one at all.”

In less than three hours after dropping the motivational post, fans and celebrities supported the message by dropping over 50,000 likes and nearly 3,000 comments. The comments included tons of emojis and sweet notes from inspiring Black figures like the actress.
Meagan Good, Viola Davis, Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles, record producer DJ Pooh, CEO of The Britto Agency Marvet Britto, and Busta Rhymes, to name a few, are among the list to share a few words.
While Long didn’t offer any insight into his mental health post, it’s important to note that the message comes days after the 51-year-old was spotted in Los Angeles. As seen in the video shared on Twitterthe “Fatal Affair” actress and her youngest child Kez were heading back to their car when a cameraman approached them.

Doing her best to protect her son from the noisy reporter, the mother of two hurriedly navigated the parking lot to reach her vehicle. However, the paparazzi will not be deterred, and he follows Long’s pace as he asks questions.
The man’s determination to get answers may be because this mother-daughter vacation marks the first time the actor has been seen since his fiancée’s cheating scandal emerged.
