As if hinting at a non-disclosure agreement in the case, the TV personality revealed he has no interest in hiding things. According to Long, he would always raise his voice to say things that might make others uncomfortable. The 52-year-old’s tweet read:
“If someone asks you to sign an NDA to chat, what are they protecting? Who are they protecting? I will always tell the truth and tell my story. The thing that makes you say Hmmmm.”
The “Soul Food” actor’s words sparked mixed reactions from his followers, with some supporting the use of an NDA while others labeled it a dishonest approach. One individual quoted Proverbs 11:13 NLT, writing, “They protect themselves… and you. ‘Gossip spreads secrets, but those who can be trusted keep the confidence.’”

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the Nigerian-American asked to share physical and legal custody of her son. If allowed, Udoka would have the same authority as Long over the boy’s medical treatment, schooling and religion.

The former basketball player will also have a 50% time share with Kez. Despite fighting for joint custody of Kez, Udoka doesn’t mind letting the boy live with Long. In court documents, the NBA star checked the box for “visitation,” meaning he is willing to spend time with his son during the holidays or summer break while the child lives with his mother.
The move may be due to the former athlete’s new position as head coach of the Houston Rockets. Udoko will have to spend most of his time in Texas and may be traveling with the basketball team.
The basketball coach’s joint custody plea was made in response to Long’s full custody suit for the 11-year-old in August. In her filing, Long compromised by not completely cutting her ex out of their son’s life and asked the court to grant him visitation rights.
