According to an interview conducted by Jagran, the makers got the idea for this series from writer Atul Kumar Singh’s story Suhagan Chudail. In the story, a witch gets married and enters the house, and the rest of the family takes various measures to prevent her.
Many of the scenes in the serial are quite emotional to keep people connected with it, and the catchphrase – “Apne Apni Pyar Ko Bacha Rah Rahiye, Chudail comes who will take them away” is also quite awesome. Along with Nia Sharma, Jyoti Mukherjee, Zain Ibad Khan, DBChandrima Singha Roy and Chandresh Singh are also seen in lead roles in this series.
