On April 11, the program’s Instagram page shared a clip of the “All That” star’s appearance on Howard Stern’s eponymous radio show. During the episode, Cannon opened up about her relationship with the famous DJ.
For the interview, the TV personality wore a yellow hoodie designed with a smiling sun in sunglasses graphic along with the name of his new radio show, “The Daily Cannon.” The former rapper completed his look with his signature turban, wearing an orange headdress to match his hoodie illustration.
When Stern mentioned De La Rosa’s involvement in the upcoming show as a co-host, the radio veteran wondered if the other women in Cannon’s life were jealous or upset about their partnership. Wearing his usual bright smile, the San Diego native replied:
“I don’t know, I haven’t started the show yet…but you know what? I think–I think everybody has their own thing. I mean, the beautiful thing about Abby is that I met her in the radio room.”
Speaking about their first meeting, the “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” star continued: “He was working at iHeart here in LA, and he was just–I’d never seen a real radio personality and DJ, and he had his show, and I was like ‘who is he so shitty.'”
The NAACP Image Award winner confessed that she fell in love with De La Rosa’s energy and wanted her on “The Daily Cannon.” In the words of the multi-hyphenated star: “When I started my new show, I was like the only DJ I want is one of my kids’ moms.”
Stern asked the “Wild ‘n Out” host if he was in love with the caramel-colored beauty. However, the “Gigolo” rapper explained that his feelings tend towards the energy of the media personality.
“Of course, I would say I fell in love with the energy; that’s what i fell in love with. Like I like his energy,” claimed the 42-year-old man. The clip ends with the former “America’s Got Talent” judge announcing that Cannon’s radio show will air on April 24.
The Blast previously shared details about the upcoming program, revealing that the morning show will air on Amazon’s live streaming app, Amp. Former Dallas Radio host Mason Moussette will work alongside Nickelodeon alum and De La Rosa as the third host.
As a Radio veteran, the mother of three has ties to the industry as a former on-air personality. Before contributing to the Cannon giants, the Los Angeles native worked at Real 92.3 as a radio host.
While celebrating her collaboration with the father of her three children, the media personality revealed on her IG Story that she has a lot of experience. “I am not new to this; I am right with this! Radio is MY thing. Has been my career for over 10+ years!” the entertainer captioned a screenshot of fans’ reactions to the news.
Abby De La Rosa Once Claimed She Has Nothing But Love For Cannon’s Other Woman
While it seems like De La Rosa is the apple of Cannon’s eye among his baby mamas, last year, he opened up about his relationship with the mother of Cannon’s children. During a Q&A session on her OnlyFans page, the caramel-toned beauty answered questions from fans who were curious about her relationship with the woman.

The individual wondered if the social media influencer had met any other moms, where the Los Angeles native revealed his friendship with an unnamed woman in the “Drumline” star’s life.
Commenting on their relationship, the iHeartMedia presenter revealed: “We really enjoy going out for dinner and coffee. She’s beautiful, and I wish her nothing but the best as we travel forever apart [sic] than.”
As for the other mothers of Cannon’s babies, the mother of three made it clear that she did not know them, nor had she met them. Despite the lack of a relationship, De La Rosa stated that she wishes the best for this woman.
