Nick Kroll has entered the “Spitgate 2022” chat.
The “Big Mouth” co-creator let his real big mouth run during an appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s late-night talk show, “The Tonight Show,” on September 26.
The actor revealed that HE “masterminded” the infamous video showing Harry Styles seemingly spitting on Chris Pine at the Venice Film Festival.

He joked that he forced Styles to peddle a loogie on Pine to increase the “buzz” around the psychological thriller.
Kroll told Fallon, “I decided let’s create a lot of buzz around the movie but not about the movie itself.”

As if all the drama involving director Olivia Wilde, Florence Pugh and Shia LaBeouf wasn’t enough to get people excited and talking.
“I’m the mastermind. I was like, ‘Hey, Harry, you know what would be a good idea? When you walk into the premiere in Venice, spit on Chris Pine,’” Kroll explained.

The ‘Kroll Show’ creator claims that Styles is cool about the idea of going against him.
So instead of spitting on Pine, he and Kroll shared a kiss on the lips instead.
Their characters actually kiss in “Don’t Worry Darling”.

A representative for Pine issued a statement to PEOPLE when rumors of Styles spitting on Pine first went viral.
Pine’s rep said the video created unnecessary drama.
“This is a ridiculous story – a complete fabrication and the result of an outlandish online illusion that is clearly deceptive and allows for foolish speculation,” the statement said. “Just to be clear, Harry Styles did it not spit on Chris Pine. There is nothing but respect between these two men and any suggestion otherwise is a blatant attempt to create drama that simply does not exist.”

Styles also talked about “Spitgate 2022” during one of his last shows at Madison Square Garden.
“This is our 10th show at Madison Square Garden, it’s wonderful, wonderful, wonderful to be back here,” the British singer told her fans as she opened the show. “I just came to Venice to spit on Chris Pine but never fear, we’re back!”

His “confession” was met with wild screams and cheers.
He encourages his fans to have as much fun as they can and none more so than Pine.
In light of all that has happened, fans are begging Andy Cohen to hold a reunion special for the cast of “Don’t Worry Darling.”
Lucky for fans… Cohen is 100% not ready to host a reunion.
The Instagram account @CommentsByCelebs shared a tweet that read, “DO NOT WORRY DARLING cast and crew reunion hosted by andy cohen.”
Cohen replied “I’m in” in the comments.
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna commented, “We need answers.”
One simply commented, “#s**tshow.”
“THIS CALLS FOR THE 4 PARTERS,” AND “DEAAAAR GAWWWWD PUHLEEEEAAASSSSEEEE! We neeeed this!! 🙏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼” was another comment left on the post.
One fan enthusiastically suggested that Wilde’s ex-fiancé, Jason Sudeikis, should serve as a guest bartender during the special taping of the reunion.
