The rapper and her husband bought a beautiful house in the Hidden Hills area, but the residents of the neighborhood were not happy. Kenneth Petty is a registered sex offender, and he recently updated his status on the California Megan’s Law Website.
A prank petition is currently making the rounds about Petty and his past and the safety of people in the neighborhood. A Cardi B fan created the petition and bragged about it on Twitter earlier today.

Stan Cardi is so serious that they wrote a whole petition and posted it, slamming Petty and Nicki. But they can’t keep quiet about their little jokes and use social media to tell themselves whether they realize it or not.
“We, as anti nicki, can turn the people of Hidden Hills AGAINST Nicki and her moving paedo husband, hurting her assets in the process.” They even created the name Beverly Bardan to join her.
Fan-created petitions went to Petty and at times Nicki. “Nicki Minaj and her husband, registered sex offender Kenneth Petty, have purchased a home in our neighborhood of Hidden Hills,” begins the petition with the rapper’s full address printed.
“Kenneth Petty is a level 3 sex offender, convicted of the attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl, and is highly likely to reoffend.” The petition continues. “He was also found guilty of killing a man. He is currently under house arrest for failing to register as a sex offender in California as required by law.
They even claimed that the value of the property would be affected if the couple continued to live there.

HOA Not Aware of Petition

TMZ contacted the Hidden Hills Community Association who confirmed that they were not aware of the petition and that a woman named Beverly Bardan was unknown to them.
There is no public listing of this person and the name has the name Bardan… Bardi Gang. There were even comments left with people, probably more Bardi group members insulting the rapper and her husband.
He pleaded with his neighbors to go to the local police station and have these criminals removed from the neighborhood. Some people have commented agreeing that Petty is dangerous and slamming Nicki for marrying a “convicted rapist who later became a convicted murderer as an ADULT.”
The petition is gathering signatures The initial goal was 1,000 signatures and it has gathered over 900 signatures so far.

The petition was originally started in December 2022 when Nicki quietly moved into the neighborhood. But it increased this week likely because the convicted felon finally registered as a sex offender, six months after moving to a new neighborhood.
It was one of the first things he was supposed to do as a convicted sex offender, but it took six months to be charged.
