Nicole Scherzinger proved that workout time can be swimsuit time as she wowed her Instagram fans with an energetic workout while showing off her bikini body in August 2021.

The Pussycat Dolls singer showed off her insanely toned figure for a revealing gym session as she pumped irons and did some cardio, and her fans were touched. Communicating her moves from the studio and even on a spin bike, Nicole showed off her curves and shredded muscles while in the tiny two-piece, also throwing in an empowering and funny caption. Fans have left the Hawaii-born star over 390,000 likes.

Jaw-Dropping Bikini Workouts

“I don’t dance…I WERK,” one caption read.

“God almighty!” replied one fan. “This is my favorite exercise video. I’m going to try this routine,” said another. Nicole is known for sharing her workout regimen to social media, which often includes yoga moves and hiking.

The Body Doesn’t Build Itself

Nicole has opened up about her workout regimen, something that varies and comes as a regular offering.

“I love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio. It’s really good to keep your body guessing and keep changing it,” she revealed. Nicole also pays equal attention to what goes into her body, and will happily maximize every nutrient she can. “If I have some frozen fruit, I’ll make an oat milk smoothie,” she continues. “Sometimes I’ll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory.”

Super-Toned In Bikini Sunbathing
