Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is one happy tough mom.
In fact she would say she could be a delightful mother when she had to.
The “Jersey Shore” star recently appeared on the ‘Bad Behavior’ podcast hosted by Sterling Mulbury and Blair Peyton.
Snooki Is A Cheerful Dedicated MAWMA!
Snooki was asked to recall a time when her bad behavior got out of hand.
Many thought it might happen on “Jersey Shore.” I mean he’s been busted on the beach, he’s skipped work to spin and he’s no stranger to fistfights at Karma (RIP).
Ironically, her bad behavior came into play during a cheerleading competition with her daughter Giovanna LaValle.
You can take the girl out of the Jersey Shore, but you can’t take the Jersey Shore out of the girl.
Yes MAWMAAA
Blair asked Snooki, “Tell us something that happened to you where you were like, ‘Ugh, am I right? Am I wrong?”
Snooki Recalls “Really Bad” Moments As Competitive Cheer Mom
“Well, I can talk about me being a happy mother. This happened last season. It was really bad,” admitted Polizzi. “So, my daughter is a competitive cheerleader and it’s really ‘Dance Moms,’ but it’s not so much like a show, like the moms don’t want to get each other. It’s more like we want our kids to shine, but we all respect each other, at least in our group. So, at the end of every competition everyone gets a banner and my daughter hasn’t got one yet.”
Snooki explains how Giovanna does interesting skills and stunts that no one on her team does.
Obviously, he felt that this kind of skill needed recognition i.e. a banner. Giovanna had never had it before.
MEGA
“So, he pulls off this one skill that other stunt groups don’t. And I was like, ‘Oh my God, you did amazing, you killed it.’ My daughter is going to get a banner, like I can’t wait. He killed it, like this is my girl,” explained Snooki. “She worked really hard and um, we had a drink after the competition which wasn’t good, so you know I was like, I’m already enjoying it and I’m just excited for my daughter to get this banner and then when it comes time for the banner she doesn’t get the banner. So, I turned into a horrible cheerleader.”
Drunk Snooki Texts Her Daughter’s Cheer Coach
The mother of three ended up drunk, angrily texting the coach.
“[I] lost a little,” he admitted. “It’s not good.”
Of course, the next day he had a regretful SMS and ended up apologizing to the coach. her “b**chy cheer mom” demeanor and sending the cheering gym owner a huge bouquet of flowers.
“I finally said, ‘I’m sorry. I only want the best for my daughter, and I want you to see how hard she works and I just want her to excel in the sport. He’s great, he’s only seven years old… all this bullshit,” he explained.
Blair followed up with, “Do you think the coaches have a grudge against you and that’s why they took it out on your daughter?”
Snooki says she doesn’t think they have a problem with her or her daughter.
In fact, she announced on her February 3 Podcast, “It Happened with Snook & Joey,” that Giovanna FINALLY got her banner.
Snooki said she was trying to do a cheer related show with the owner of a cheer gym.
“I’m still trying to do a cheerleading show with them,” revealed Snooki
Snooki fans know she won’t be a regular on ‘The Real Housewives,’ but this could be a step in that direction.
“The Real Cheer Moms of New Jersey”… anyone?
