Niesha Trout has been identified as one of the victims of disgraced actor Danny Masterson. Disgraced actor Danny Masterson was charged with three counts of rape in June 2020. He was arrested on June 17, 2020, on charges of violently raping three women between 2001 and 2003. After posting a $3.3 million bond, the actor was eventually released.

Danny then took her to his jacuzzi area where “He ordered me to go to the jacuzzi.” ‘He said, “Take your clothes off now…take them off…take them off. If you don’t, I will. I will strip you right now.”
Neisha – who said she was starting to feel ‘fuzzy’ – said, “I was scared so I didn’t try to argue. But I told her no, I don’t want to take off my clothes. I tried to comply until some of my clothes came off…I think I was still in my panties and camisole…. I got into the jacuzzi and we kissed, made out. But I couldn’t do it at that point.”
He described her as a drill sergeant and he continued to obey her. Finally, he crossed the line and rap*d it.
According to Variety, the actor was found guilty of two counts of forced rape on May 31, 2023. According to the source, “the jury could not decide on the third count of rape, deadlocked with an 8-4 vote in favor of conviction.” Masterson was taken into custody until his court date and immediately handcuffed.
“I experience a complex range of emotions — relief, exhaustion, strength, sadness — knowing that my abuser, Danny Masterson, will face accountability for his criminal behavior,” Niesha said in a statement about Masterson’s guilty verdict (per The New York Times).
Masterson was sentenced to 30 years in prison in 2023 after being found guilty of two counts of rape. “Mr. Masterson, you are not a victim here,” the judge said, AP News reported. here.”
“When you raped me, you stole from me,” Neisha said in an impact statement to the judge at the sentencing. “That’s rape, soul stealing.”
Her attorney Allison Anderson told Variety, “Niesha and Chrissie have shown incredible strength and courage, coming forward to law enforcement and participating directly in two grueling criminal trials. Despite constant harassment, obstacles and threats, these brave women are helping to hold today’s brutal sexual predators accountable, and they’re not stopping there. They are eager to tell the fuller story of how Scientology and its enablers are desperately trying to stop them from coming forward.”
