The former WWE star revealed to her fans that she’s totally cool in the nude — and even posted a video to social media to prove it!

Cold diving has been something that athletes have used for a long time. After an intense workout, or to help with mental health, many athletes immerse themselves in very cold water. A cold plunge helps with post-workout pain, but many also find it soothing.
According to reports, spending between five and 15 minutes in water of 10 to 15 degrees Celsius is probably the most effective way to practice cold water immersion or cold diving.

The couple also have a son together, Matteo Artemovich, who was born on July 31, 2020. Matteo was born less than 24 hours before Nikki Bella’s twin sister, Brie, welcomed her second child, son Buddy Dessert, with husband Daniel Bryan.
“It made me so emotional,” Bella told PEOPLE a month after her son was born. “It’s crazy because I’m already in love with this person. I’ve created a life with them and we’re engaged.”
He continued, “But at that moment I fell more in love with him because I saw him so emotionally holding his child, and I could just see the shape of this guardian, like this man who was going to protect this little boy forever. for the rest of his life. Just seeing the emotion in his face, it makes me melt.”
