He recently completed his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London on 14 December 2021, with Second class honours. He shared in an interview that he was a very bright student and from class 8 onwards he held a scholarship.

After seven years of being in a relationship with Rony Riad Rashid, she got engaged to him on March 21, 2020. Telling her love story she said,
I met Rony through a mutual friend at a party and became friends. What struck me about him was his intellect – the way he found joy in the little things was amazing. So when he proposed to me, I took the time to nod.”

religious views
He follows Islam. In an interview, when asked about his religious beliefs, he said,
I am a religious person, because I was born in a conservative family. We were supposed to pray five times a day, but I failed to do so because of my busy schedule. However, it is a must once a day, because it gives me strength and courage. Every time I step out of the house, I put my left foot first. That’s what my mother taught me. And before any performance or filming, I read a prayer, because it gives me confidence.”
Career
Nusraat Faria has a military background, and since childhood, she wanted to become an army officer. When he discovered his passion for the glamorous media industry, he scrapped plans to become an army officer. In his school days, he used to participate in debate competitions and earned 800 rupees per performance. He was also the national debate champion in 2010 and 2011. He started his career in 2013, on BTV’s debate show. Later he has worked in various television commercials, hosting TV shows, and radio programs. After class 12, he used to present children’s programs. After that, he got an offer of a night show on ‘Radio Furti’ in Bangladesh which later went viral and he became popular among teenagers. This is how he got into the media.

In a short career of 6 years, he has made 18 films. His debut film was Aashiqui, released in 2015, and later, Hero (420) under the same production house, Jazz Multimedia. In 2016, he starred in Baba Yadav’s Badsha- The Don. In 2017, he was seen in the films Premi O Premi, Dhat Teri Ki, and Boss 2: Back to Rule, which is a sequel to the film Boss: Born to Rule. His latest film in 2021 is Operation Sunderbans, and he is reportedly working on many other projects as well. Along with film and television, he is also a voiceover artist. He was going to make his Bollywood debut with the film “Gawa, The Witness”, with Imran Hashmi as his co-star, but he walked out of the project to avoid any controversy.

In 2017, Nusraat Faria was seen in the song “Allah Meherbaan” of her movie Boss 2: Back to Rule. The song was misinterpreted as a religious song and a legal notice was issued to Jazz Multimedia to remove the video. Nusraat was also criticized for wearing revealing clothes in the song. The music video was later called an insult to Islam, during the month of Ramadan. Later, the video was removed from the internet and a new video, “Yaara Meherbaan” was released with modified lyrics.
