Ocean Sharma was born on Friday, 26 April 1996 (age 26 years; in 2022) in Patiala, Punjab. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh. While Ocean was studying at the university, he was a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

During Ocean’s childhood, he used to play Super Mario on his old console at home. Then, he started playing PUBG Mobile, and the game caught his attention immediately. Soon after, he started his own YouTube channel and uploaded screen recordings of the game while teaching the audience about the mechanics of the game, attracting a large number of viewers on YouTube.
eSports Commentator
In 2019, he traveled to Delhi from Punjab to watch the first PMCO (PUBG Mobile semi-pro tournament series) commentary. Later, he applied for acting opportunities. In the same year, Ocean was offered his first opportunity to host the PUBG Mobile tournament ‘Battle Adda II – Battle of Indian Streamers’ with Faizan Momin. His voice was recognized instantly, and he started getting offers to perform in many other famous game competitions in India. Ocean has also performed for Valorant tournaments. He is the Hindi commentator for PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021: League – East and PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021: Finals. He is also one of the English players in the PUBG Mobile Pro League – South Asia Spring 2022.

He hosted the PUBG Mobile India Tour (PMIT) and received accolades for the same. Ocean is the resident host for the Red Bull Game On YouTube channel, dedicated to the Indian gaming community. In 2022, he was listed among the Hindi commentators for the Sony Ten show Ultimate Kho Kho 2022.

After working for over a year, he parted ways with Orange Rock Esports, where he was signed as a content creator.
eSports Analyst
In addition to playing the role of Host and Commentator at the tournament, Ocean also works as an Analyst, reviewing the team’s performance in the competition to explain it to the audience. He works as a Team Analyst for Skylightz Gaming and was hired by GodLike Esports, an Indian eSports organization, for a while to help their team perform better in the 2021 PUBG Mobile Global Championship which Ocean commented,
I will be there to guide and communicate with GodLike Esports on a regular basis for the 2021 PMGC Finals.”
