Olivia Wilde Finds Parenthood Peace With Jason Sudeikis

Most media reports suggest that while Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis may not see eye to eye, they are competing in the parenting game together. For both actors, their children come first, and six-year-old Daisy Josephine and eight-and-a-half-year-old Otis Alexander are a priority for both.
They have also presented a united front over allegations that Wilde cheated on Sudeikis with Harry Styles. A former nanny made these outrageous claims which the former couple called “false and despicable” in a joint statement.
The statement also reads: “He [the nanny’s] now an 18-month campaign of harassment for us, as well as our loved ones, close friends and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate climax. We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children, with the sincere hope that he will now choose to leave our family alone.”
Meanwhile, Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles are equally happy, with her focusing on her tour and both deciding to take a break in November 2022.
Wilde and Sudeikis ended their seven-year engagement in early 2020, and in 2021 she was romantically linked to Harry Styles. Recently, Wilde and Sudeikis were seen hugging each other, sparking various rumors.
So What Is a Custody Battle?

Despite the hug, it seems the custody battle is escalating, as per TMZ. Although sources claim that Jason Sudeikis does not seek child support from Olvie and is, in fact, willing to pay her a “reasonable amount”, he wants that amount to be decided between the two of them, or by a New York judge.
Apparently, Sudeikis’ attorney in New York, Bill Beslow filed an appeal with a New York judge to resolve all child support issues on January 4th. The judge has allegedly set a hearing date of February 15.
The issue is that in July 2022, a New York judge and a California judge ruled that all Custody issues would be handled in LA, which Wilde wanted. Sudeikis’ action has left Wilde confused because the judge has ruled it an LA case, and not a New York case, but Beslow has appealed the same.
Wilde’s attorney, Laura Wasser, has filed a motion with a New York judge to dismiss the lawsuit, so that the LA judge can go ahead and make the same decision as in the previous ruling.
Fans were apparently not happy with Sudeikis’ actions as one person wrote on his Instagram, “You lost custody, get over it. Despicable human beings. Shame on you.”

It’s Not the First Time Jason Sudeikis Takes Olivia Wilde by Surprise!
MEGA This isn’t the first time Jason Sudeikis has brutalized Olivia Wilde, as he was publicly presented with a custodial paper on stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas last April. Later, Wilde condemned the move, saying Sudeikis “chose to serve me in the most aggressive way possible” and said the move was “intended to threaten me and catch me off guard.”
In his court filing, Sudeikis responded with an apology, stating, “I understand that the process server was just doing his job; however, I am very sorry for what happened. Olivia’s talk was an important moment for Olivia, both professionally and personally, and I am very sorry that the incident ruined her special moment.”
For now, Wilde is also dealing with personal issues following her breakup with Styles. Although the media reported the split was amicable, sources say that Wilde was upset that they were unable to resolve their issues. However, with his directorial effort “Don’t Worry Darling” receiving good reviews, at least Wilde is on a professional level and ending the year at Disney with his kids!
