Following her split from singer Harry Styles in November, Olivia Wilde appears to have buried the hatchet with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis.
Seven years of engagement preceded Wilde and Sudeikis’ amicable split in 2020. Since then, they’ve been in a very public custody battle for their two children.

The couple seem to have put the past behind them and are on good terms as they were recently spotted cuddling up in Los Angeles, two years after they ended their seven-year engagement.
According to Daily Mail, Wilde and Sudeikis left the alleged meeting and were seen chatting while walking. Just before leaving their respective companies, they locked themselves in a warm embrace.

A New York judge dismissed the case in light of the argument that New York is not a children’s home.
“Judge Powell and these Judges agree that New York is not the home state of the subject child, but rather that California is the home state of the child,” the legal statement read according to the publication.

It continued, “Therefore, for the reasons set forth in the record on July 15, 2022, the respondent’s motion to dismiss the custody petition filed on October 21, 2021, is granted because this court finds that New York lacks jurisdiction to hear the custody petition because New York is not the country of origin of the subject child.”
Wilde claims Sudeikis only filed the petition after she refused his request that the children live with her in New York while she was not working.
Sudeikis responded, “For better or worse, I’m a New Yorker,” adding that it’s in their children’s best interest to grow up in Brooklyn.
