‘OnlyFans’ squatter allegedly installed stripper pole, trashed $900K home, forged lease: report

The Seattle Police Department removed two squatters, one of whom was identified as an “OnlyFans influencer,” who installed a pole on a $900,000 home while allegedly forging a lease agreement, according to a report from KIRO 7.

“Yes, it’s a stressful situation,” Seattle real estate landlord Leka Devatha told the outlet Sunday. “And I just feel emotionally relieved. Not only did we get the squatters out, but we made the neighborhood safe again.”

“One of the uninvited… listed himself as a ‘Fan Only Influencer’ on LinkedIn. The couple is now gone. They left behind clothes, a half-eaten cake, and… a towing pole,” the store reported.

“I don’t know if he plans to create content here or what he’s doing, but it’s just scary to think that’s what they’re going to use the unit for,” the host said of what he found in the apartment.

“They told me they were doing some plumbing and electrical work so that just made me believe they were destroying my property one room at a time,” he told KIRO.

Devatha described how it was a “real estate nightmare” when he found a man and a woman entering one of his vacant units, changing the locks and taking possession.

When he confronted them, they refused to leave, he said on Instagram. “I went to see these squatters… and saw that they had torn up the carpets, removed the door trim, and God knows what else,” he said.

Squatters claimed they signed the lease and when the landlord originally tried to get law enforcement involved, they told him it was a civil matter, and he needed to hire a lawyer.

“My question to the Seattle City Council is how do you allow this kind of behavior and how do you protect your landlord?” Devatha said.
