Fitness Model Jala Sue Leaves Little to the Imagination
In one of her most popular Instagram videos, Jala Sue leads her followers through a series of exercises designed to work their arms and abs. She did her workout while reclining on a towel by the pool, wearing a navy blue bikini that hugged her tan frame. “Try adding this to your next workout or do this while watching your favorite show. Do 1 minute intervals each and repeat until done, then do 1 more set,” she wrote in the caption, advising her followers to “use the weight that’s best for you, or no weights at all if you’re just starting out. .”
“Breathe deeply when you wake up, always watch your breath & stretch when needed & rest when your body tells you to. One thing about fitness is learning about body awareness and what your body needs and doesn’t need. Weight, food, conversation is healthy vs not. Jala ‘Focus’ In Her Pastel Bikini
In another Instagram video posted just last week, Jala hit the beach and showed off her chiseled stomach in a two-piece bathing suit filled with pastel pinks, yellows and blues. Her long black hair fell past her shoulders.
“Focus,” she wrote in the caption. “Wow, even the sun has to wear eye protection when this human steps out into the open,” said one fan. “Wow, I’ve been watching you for a few years. You are so sculpted now; it’s crazy,” wrote another follower. “You have so much beauty and poise,” a third fan gushed while another follower called her “Wonder Woman.”
Jala Sue Shares Another Bikini Workout
In another workout video, Jala wears an orange thong bikini as she shares her workout with her followers. After doing a minute of barefoot jumping jacks, he moves to a squat, and lifts his legs on each side. “Movement is medicine. Some exercise variations to get your heart pumping to help give you a boost of energy any time of the day,” she wrote in the caption.

In another Instagram post, Jala showed off her toned figure in high-waisted jeans that she wore unbuttoned. She matched it with a floral crop top and carried a black cowboy hat in one hand. “Audio up,” he wrote in the caption. “My best advice would be to anyone who needs a little reminder to keep working hard towards whatever you do. Instagram is like a wild modern day Wild West with naysayers & trolls. Ignore them not giving an F!”
He also recommends the book “The Subtle Art of Not Giving AF—,” which is a non-fiction self-help book by American blogger and author Mark Manson published in 2016. For fans who are not so fond of reading, “The Subtle Art Of Not Giving AF—” was released as a documentary film in 2023.
