Palki Sharma Upadhyay started working as a journalist and news anchor at Doordarshan, India’s largest broadcast television network, in 2002. He was assigned to host the channel’s national and regional television programs. He was given the additional charge of shortlisting, formatting and writing stories on current affairs for the channel.
