According to an interview with WSJthe star touched on many parts of his life, and it was noted that he did not help with the writing, preferring to write it himself to maintain its authenticity.

Part of the memoir looks at stories about when she saw her father drowning kittens and how she was sexually abused and raped. The horrific effect on her career by the tapes released in the late 90s is also discussed, as is her marriage to Tommy Lee.
She told how she tied the knot with her first husband, rock drummer Tommy Lee, after four days of meeting him. “Tommy must have put something special in my champagne.
The room became warm and fuzzy, and my skin felt like butter, even softer than usual,” he wrote in his memoirs. He added that he only asked her to marry him, and she agreed without a second thought and only remembered to ask him what her last name was afterwards.
Although the couple have since made up and are in occasional contact, the “Home Improvement” guest star revealed that he still hasn’t read the book and is sure his now-wife would be upset by its contents. “I’m sure it would upset his wife,” he said, admitting that if he did, she would too.

The Blast shared that the “Barb Wire” actress revealed details about what led to her anger. All because of a steamy scene from “Baywatch,” where she had to kiss her co-star David Chokachi – her love interest on the show.

“He dumped my trailer on set and put his fist through the cabinet. I apologized for not telling him – lied, as he said – and told him it wouldn’t happen again.”

The Blast reported that he stated that it was not an easy test and that it led him to gain weight and then lose it afterwards. He said as much while on “The Howard Stern Show” and explained that it was because he had to write it all himself.
Reflecting on the process, she noted, “It’s crazy, but I have a physical reaction to telling my story,” adding, “It’s almost like I’m hanging on to something. It’s protecting… my puffy armor. I don’t know what that. I think it’s a kind of protection.”
Per New York Postshe recalled being very unkempt during that period, adding, “so I like that I stripped everything: No makeup, nothing like that, and I thought, You know what? If you like me like this — if you love me at my worst, maybe you love me.”
