Paoli started her acting career in 2003 with the Zee Bangla serial, “Jibon Niye Khela.” Next, she appeared in the Bengali serial, “Tithir Atithi.” Paoli, later, appeared in TV series like “Tarpor Chand Uthlo,” “Sonar Harin,” “Scandal,” and “Mahanayak.” He made his Bengali film debut in 2006 with the film, “Agnipariksha.” After that, he appeared in many Bengali films, such as “Tulkalam,” “I Love You,” “Kaalbela,” “Jamai Raja,” “Chatrak,” “Chaya Manush,” “Maati” and “Password.”
