Pardis Seremi was born in 2002 in Los Angeles, United States. After completing her studies in Los Angeles, she began acting and appeared in theater productions and modeling contests before landing her breakout role as a guest star in the 2017 comedy-drama film Literally, Right Before Aaron. After that, he was featured in the television mini-series The Baddest Bad Boy in 2020. Later in the same year, he expanded his acting portfolio as the Receptionist in the thriller drama TV movie The Pom Pom Murders.
In January 2024, Pardis gained attention after appearing in the Hulu thriller series, Death and Other Details as Leila. In this series, he starred alongside Sophia Reid-Gantzert and Mandy Patinkin.
