Parveer Kaur Pandher was born on August 12 in Ahmedgarh, Malerkotla district, Punjab, India. His zodiac sign is Leo. He went to school in Ahmedgarh. While he was studying in 12th standard, he decided to pursue music for which he attended Tejwant Kittu Music Academy in Ludhiana. In an interview, while talking about her passion for music, Pari said,
My interest in music turned serious when I was in secondary school. My parents never stopped me from doing what I wanted and my younger brother was very supportive of my decision. At that time I used to be an amateur singer and would sing in parties, for friends and others. Then when I realized my interest was serious, I took formal training in singing for six months.”

Her talent was first recognized by Bunty Bains after he watched her Instagram feed and approached her with an offer to appear in the entertainment industry. In an interview, Pari talked about how it all started for her and said that Bunty Bains called her and asked if she wanted to model, act or sing. Pari doesn’t hesitate and tells her that she wants to do professional singing or acting. Furthermore, he added,
I used to post videos of my cover songs and others on my Instagram handle. And slowly my followers started to increase. Until one time people would send me messages with offers for modeling and acting and advise me to choose one of these fields. However, the music maker, Mr. Bunty Bains who also approached me through my social media account and instead asked me what I was interested in doing.”

In 2021, she made her singing debut with a song titled Sheesha in collaboration with Punjabi singer Jordan Sandhu. The song, written by Bunty Bains, was released under the music label Brand B and peaked at number 10 on the YouTube Trending Music Chart.
