Model Paulina Porizkova opens up about her experience with Morpheus 8.
According to the Hillelson-Whipple Clinic, Morpheus 8 is “a safe and effective treatment option that uses radio frequency technology to give the face, neck and body a youthful appearance.” They go on to say that it is “an ideal treatment option for patients who want to improve their facial appearance without undergoing laser or surgical procedures.”
Paulina Porizkova Shares Her Review of Morpheus Treatment 8
To the tune of Bachman-Turner Overdrive’s “Takin’ Care of Business,” the Czech-born model revealed that she’s undergoing the Morpheus 8 treatment and gave an honest review of her experience with it.
“Step two getting ready for a big PR show complete with interviews, TV, magazine shoots and red carpets- I’m trying out micro-needling at the @drhalaas drHalaas office with @skinlikeb who uses the Morpheus laser on me,” she explained in the caption of her Instagram post. “Morpheus 8 RF is Microneedling for rejuvenation. Stimulates your body’s natural ability to tighten, lift and smooth texture. It modifies the skin and creates more collagen and elasticity.”

“Chrome laser for an extra step for anti-aging eyes, nano-fraction Erbium laser to improve overall rejuvenation results! Series 3 is recommended and we call this REWYND at the office of Dr. Yael Halaas with Brittany!” he continued. “I have tried other lasers in the past, especially ultherapy, which is very painful. Morpheus wasn’t so bad. It does recommend 3 treatments in monthly installments, so I will do this again when I return from Europe and report my thoughts on this.”
“Things that promise to increase natural collagen always interest me. (Hence all the lasers) I don’t have Botox or fillers, a personal choice because I feel my facial mobility is one of my assets that allows me to communicate more effectively,” she added.
Paulina Feels Torn Between Embracing Her Age And ‘Wanting To Stay Beautiful’

“But I’ve also always vacillated between wanting to fully embrace my age, unashamedly, wear wrinkles and sagging with pride and then just – vanity. Want to stay beautiful. Attract. Of course it helps that the man I love thinks I’m the bee’s knees,” she continued, referring to her new relationship with “Will & Grace” showrunner Jeff Greenstein.
“In my head, I thought if I wasn’t in the public eye, I would feel really good about myself at this point. But the constant scrutiny of my appearance makes me, at times, insecure. Especially when I became a model- which is still mostly my only source of income,” she wrote. “So, for me, using the new laser technology is the separation between accepting my age and still doing something to make myself feel better.”

“I can do all this in secret and tell you my beauty tip is clean living,” she concluded. “But the fact is: when someone looks good for their age (a phrase I hate) there is usually more than a clean life. And I want THEIR secret! So, I give you mine.”
She ended her caption with the hashtags #lasers, #microneedling, #morpheus8, #betweenjoloandbettywhite and #vainbutnotashamed.

Many famous fans and friends thanked him for his authenticity. “Wellness Warrior” Kristin Bauer commented, “Same boat. Will investigate the laser. I feel torn too (and a little embarrassed for wanting to be younger and prettier) but you know…why??? If it makes us feel better – why not? F**k…go, whatever it is! Life is short.”
“We criticize women no matter what their choices are. And then we criticize them for responding to that criticism…. Paulina is honest and always provides insightful insight into her experiences,” wrote another follower. “Perfectly stated. This is one of the reasons I really appreciate Paulina (there are others too),” said another fan.

“There is nothing wrong with taking care of yourself as you age. There’s a difference between aging gracefully while taking care of your skin with modern methods vs trying to cling to youth by erasing every sign of aging you see. Everything in moderation while staying true to who you are at a certain age is a balance,” shared another follower, who was met with many fans replying, “Exactly!”
